Mr. Accetta was my daughter’s high school Guidance Counselor. We began collaborating on my daughter’s future when she was a Freshman in High School. He guided us step by step—and also offered us insight into how colleges select athletes—and how they can change their mind in a second. This was a part of our experience, but having the previous knowledge that this could occur was a hidden gem. She attended the school of her dreams. Excelled and enjoyed recreational sports and us now working in a Corporate Office if a bank In Boston, Massachusetts. We will always appreciate the guidance of this amazing gentleman, Mr. Francesco Accetta.

…even more impressive is Frank’s 23 years of experience in education. His record is diverse and multi-faceted – Frank was the owner and executive director of a private Pre-K program in North Rockland [CSD] … This private / public view allows him to approach problems from several different angles… Frank was instrumental in identifying a creative and effective solution outside the realm of the traditional public education model. He developed the educational program, negotiated [a collective bargaining agreement] with the teacher’s union, created a realistic five-year budget, and rallied the entire community… Very few educators bring Frank’s incredible experience and passion to the table.

Frank is my cousin. He's my Uncle Joe and Aunt Eula's youngest son. I've known him since he was born and he has never failed to surprise me. He never needed much prodding at family gatherings to talk about what he was doing at any given time. Besides being interesting projects, it was the passion in his telling that stood out to me. Frank commits to what he is doing with every fiber. His passion is his power and it makes him a superior human being. With me being his cousin, you'll want to take this with a grain of salt initially, but ask yourself - How many relatives would you say this about publicly?

…my firm was engaged to develop recommendations for addressing a potentially devastating reduction in students due to a shifting relationship to with an adjoining community. While I provided professional support and facilitated the development of the recommendations, it was Frank’s interest in and familiarity with the conversion charter that eventually led to the pursuit of this recommendation. Frank’s convictions and commitment to build a compelling academic program, ensure the continuity of staff, and protect the future of the school made him a natural leader in preparing the NYSED conversion charter school application and a beacon of hope to the constituted board, existing staff, and larger community. Frank provided valuable insight and leadership to help guide the team through the ups and downs of the process.

Frank exhibited an excellent relationship with students, staff and prospective board members. As a Guidance Counselor Frank also interacts skillfully with parents and business leaders in the community. As a graduate student and researcher at SUNY New Paltz, Frank was a leader of visionary initiatives and lively debates, highly regarded by faculty and colleagues. As a highly trained military leader, Frank always has an excellent command of meetings with stakeholders, setting high attainable standards. He is well spoken, task oriented, approachable and always keeps the end goal in sight. He is very responsible dedicated, a hard worker and lifelong learner and has a broad base of knowledge and expertise.
